During my stay at Premier Hotel, I had a minor issue with the room temperature. However, the staff immediately provided me with a fan, which solved the problem. This prompt and efficient response to my concern impressed me and showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. Additionally, the breakfast provided exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of choices and fast service. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very very close to the Olympic stadium and right beside the football stadium. It was so close to the center of the city and conveniently located in the city center. The breakfast buffet featured a good variety of products and had enough supply of everything. The staff was very friendly and the check-in and check-out process were quick and uncomplicated.

The room was quiet with a great interior. It was located in a historic area just off the centre, the railway station in 25 minutes. Also, we could easily reach Brodsky Synagogue.

Everything was simply great. Quiet little hotel, clean, brilliant staff, location close to a shopping mall was ideal. The breakfast was large, featured lots of meals. The venue had atm in the lobby.

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the subway and within walking distance of the main street and city center. the room was very comfortable with free complimentary water bottles provided daily. Additionally, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi throughout, making it convenient to stay connected.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, and the air-conditioning didn't work very well. It would have been nicer to have a more comfortable sleeping experience and better temperature control in the room.

Great location, close to Gulliver Shopping center and Sports Palats metro station. Free parking in the busy city center. Good service, breakfast and free amenities in the room. Frequent stays due to great Genius deal with room upgrades.
